How it Works

After joining the Association of Soloworkers, you’ll have the opportunity to book a free tax advisory call or sign up for the appropriate tax service. Your business entity determines the type of tax forms required to report your business income and expenses.

Sole Proprietor or Single Member LLC:

If you are a business that operates as a sole proprietor, or a single member LLC that has not elected to be classified as an S-corp, you will file a schedule C with your 1040 tax return.

S-Corp or Multi-Member LLC:

If you operate as a LLC that elects to be an S-corp, you can report your business income and expenses on form 1120S. If you are a multi-member LLC you report your business income and expenses on form 1065 return.

Our team will work with you to file the correct tax forms. We have the knowledge, expertise and experience to guide you through the complicated tax process.
